2. Return Conditions
You may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
3. Orders Made with “Buy Now, Pay Later”
If you used a Buy Now, Pay Later service to complete your purchase, the same return and refund guidelines apply.
Please note: Any remaining payments or service fees are managed directly by the financing provider, and their specific terms will govern your repayment obligations.
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@omnexa-store.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping your item back. Be sure to include the RA number clearly on your return package to ensure quick processing.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless:
- The item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged; or
- The return is the result of an error made by Omnexa Store. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 10–30 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
If your purchase was made using a financing option, please contact your lender for information about any adjustments to your payment schedule.
7. Exchanges and Replacements
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to replace it free of charge. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. Replacement items are shipped once the defective product is received.
8. Items Not Eligible for Return
For safety, hygiene, or customization reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital or downloadable goods
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final-sale items
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled — in such cases, you may return the product after it arrives following the guidelines in this policy.
If you used a financing option, please also notify your payment provider regarding the cancellation.
10. Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged or your item is defective, please reach out to us immediately at info@omnexa-store.com. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund and provide return instructions if needed.
